About the Event
This is weekly free self-easing yoga in the park . We're building a society--Self-Ease Society--of citizens that are prioritizing their self-care.
This hatha-styled yoga class is filled with stretchy yoga poses, delicious deep breaths and positivity. Participants are encouraged to tune into theirselves and listen to their bodies. This no-judgement class is beginner friendly yet challenging for the seasoned yogi. Move at your own pace and do what feels good, not what doesn't.
