I understand that Yoga Infinitum, LLC provides instruction in yoga, meditation, breathing practices, and wellness education.

I acknowledge that participation in yoga and related activities involves physical movement that may be strenuous and carries an inherent risk of injury. I agree to participate at my own pace, listen to my body, and exercise reasonable judgment regarding my abilities and limitations.

By participating in any Yoga Infinitum class, program, event, retreat, or activity, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damages that may occur.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Yoga Infinitum, LLC and its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation.

I consent to photography, video, and audio recording which may be used in commercial distribution without receiving any payment or copyright in perpetuity.

I understand that Yoga Infinitum is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

By participating in Yoga Infinitum classes, programs, or events, I acknowledge that I have carefully read, fully understand, and agree to the terms outlined above.
