Take a weekend

to ease your self, rejuvenate your self,

reconnect with your self

and relax

Book a Retreat for Yourself Today

We invite you to prioritize your self, your health, your peace of mind and join us!

Take a weekend to step away from your everyday noise and find yourself enveloped by peace in a cozy, laid back environment. This weekend’s purpose is to find ease—in your mind and body. You’ll have the opportunity to let your mind and body rest, and refresh with yoga, meditation, creative crafts, reflective journaling, supportive camaraderie and a nature hike. It’s the perfect space to relax, be unbothered, enjoy healthy conversations and just let things flow.

Sometimes, you just need to:

∞Get away                                                 ∞Clear your mind                                ∞Renew

∞Focus on you                                          ∞Unplug                                              ∞Laugh out loud

Without having to worry about:

∞Meals                      ∞Cleaning up                ∞The “To-Do” list                          ∞Blah, blah, blah

Last year’s guests said:

∞“This was exactly what I needed, and I didn’t even know I needed it!”

∞“The experience exceeded my expectations. I learned more precise yoga poses and shared in a community of beautiful women.”
