Concerning Retreats

1. What is included in the Bali Yoga Retreat package?

Your retreat package includes luxurious accommodations, daily yoga sessions, reflection circles, guided tours to select cultural and natural sites, breakfast each day, a welcome and farewell dinner, and all transfers via a private air-conditioned van. You'll also receive a Self-Ease goodie bag as part of the experience.

2. Do I need a passport?

Yes, a passport is mandatory to enter Indonesia. It must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival.

 

3. Do I need a visa?

Yes, a visa is mandatory to entry Indonesia. You can purchase one electronically prior to departing the US or you can purchase one at an on-site kiosk once you arrive. We suggest you purchase it in-person.

 

4. Do I need travel insurance?

Yes, proof of travel insurance is mandatory to travel with Yoga Infinitum. This covers your unforeseen circumstances depending on which company and type of coverage you select. Yoga Infinitum does not endorse any travel insurance company.

 

5. Are flights included in the retreat package?

No, flights to and from our retreat destination are not included in the retreat package. Attendees are responsible for booking their own airfare. We recommend arriving at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) and coordinating your arrival time with the retreat group.

 

6. What is the refund policy?

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. For the remaining balance, refunds are at our discretion and based on the payments made to establish the retreat on your behalf.

50% of the balance paid (excluding deposit) is eligible for a refund 60 days before the paid in full due date.

25% of the balance paid (excluding deposit) is eligible for a refund 30 days before the paid in full due date.

No refunds will be issued after the PAID IN FULL due date.

Please note that no refunds will be provided after the payment due date.

 

7. What is the payment schedule for the retreat?

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due March 1, 2025. Feel free to make payments in between those due dates on whatever schedule works for you.

 

8. I don’t have a roommate but would like one. How does that work?

If you’re coming on the retreat alone but prefer a roommate/double room rate, we will do our best to pair you with a fellow retreater based on your application answers. Based on availability.

 

9. Can I attend the retreat if I'm new to yoga?

Absolutely! Our retreats are designed for all levels of yoga practitioners. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, you'll find the classes accessible and enriching. Guidance is offered to ensure everyone feels comfortable.

 

10. What type of yoga will be practiced at the retreat?

The retreat will feature a variety of yoga styles, including Vinyasa flow, Hatha, and Restorative yoga. Each session is designed to support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

 

11. Will I have free time during the retreat?

Yes, there is built-in free time for you to relax at the resort or enjoy some quiet time for self-reflection. We also have one designated free day where you can choose your own activities or simply unwind. Contact information will be provided for you to make destination arrangements with our guide.

 

12. Is there Wi-Fi at the retreat location?

Yes, Wi-Fi is available at the retreat location, but we encourage you to disconnect as much as possible to fully immerse yourself in the experience.

 

13. How do I secure my spot in the retreat?

To secure your spot, simply fill out the retreat application on our website. Once your application is reviewed and accepted, you'll receive an email with instructions to submit your non-refundable deposit. Your spot is confirmed once the application, deposit and signed waiver are received.

 

14. What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when you register, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Our meals are prepared with fresh, local ingredients, with options for vegetarian and pescatarian diets.

15. What if I need to cancel my trip?

If you need to cancel your trip, please contact us as soon as possible. Our refund policy is outlined above, and we will work with you to determine the best course of action based on your circumstances and the timing of your cancellation. Please keep in mind that no refunds will be issued after the payment due date.

 

16. What if I have additional questions?

Feel free to email us any additional questions you may have. Additional information about the retreat will be emailed to you as the departure date approaches. The specific itinerary is emailed to the group a couple of weeks before departure and once full payments have been received. We will also have a Zoom meet-up to get familiar with each other and have an opportunity to discuss the retreat.
