Feeling stressed? Tight with tension? Come and MOVE it out! Take some deep breaths and release it with movement. This yoga flow is intended to let you focus on YOU and find self-ease. Let's reset for the last few weeks of 2023!
FitSquad Studios is a warehouse located next to JamRock Jamaican restaurant on Metropolitan Parkway. It's on the Atlanta Beltline, not far from where we practiced all summer at Pittsburg Yards.
Bring your yoga mat, water bottle and any yoga props you like to use. Dress in layers so that you can remain warm during the breathwork and peel off layers as you warm up during the practice.
