About the Event

YOU are amazing! You have miraculously made it through an unprecidented year and you deserve a trophy and a cash prize and a...well, you can never be repaid. I don't have any trophies or cash prizes to offer but I would love to gift you a few moments to unwind. This 30 minute "getaway" is intended to destress and release tension with gentle yoga stretches and deep breathing. The Zoom link and waiver will be emailed to each participant the morning of the event.
