Yoga in the Park - East Cobb Park

Join us on Saturdays throughout the summer for a 45-minute yoga flow. These yoga sequences are good for all levels and aimed to help us find some SELF-EASE in a fun, care full space.

Yoga sessions are  FREE to attend. All attendees are required to sign a liability waiver.

BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat), water, sun screen and come have fun as we stretch and twist, breathe and release tension.
