Guest teacher, Nasirah Denisse of Yoga Infinitum, will lead participants in a gentle grounding restorative yoga flow. Chef Beee will facilitate essential oil application with attendees throughout their yoga practice to create a full sensory experience and to help participants increase their awareness and presence in nature.
*Light plant-based breakfast will be provided at the conclusion of the yoga session. Attendees will also receive a goodie bag with their participation.
PARTICIPANTS SHOULD BRING:
- A Yoga Mat
- A Filled Water Bottle
- A Hand Towel
- Comfortable Shoes for Outside Yoga (Yoga Shoes optional)
- Bug Spray for the Outdoors
