About the Event

I will offer two, 30-45 minute yoga classes at 7pm and 8pm in a naturally lite room. The museum is quieter. The group is smaller. There’s more room to breathe, move, pause, or simply be.

This sensory-friendly yoga experience welcomes adults of all ages who identify as disabled or neurodivergent, along with friends, family, and support people who want to share the experience.

The practice is flexible. You might stretch, sit, lie down, take breaks, or observe. There’s no expectation to move in any particular way or to stay the whole time. You’re encouraged to follow your own rhythm and respond to what your body is asking for in each moment.
