About the Event

Self-ies is a self-care yoga session that provides an opportunity to focus on your-SELF and find EASE in the body and mind. In the comfort of your homes, you will be lead through a yoga practice that incorporates stretching, relaxing, meditation & affirmations. All levels welcome.

Amidst the winter hustle and bustle, as the end of the year nears, you're invited to take this two-hours to release everything that is burdensome and stressful and invite into your life the things that bring you joy and peace.

What can you expect:

  • An invitation to join a group of like minded individuals via Zoom;
  • A gentle, self-loving yoga sequence lead by a skillful yoga instructor;
  • Offered affirmations that speak to nurturing self-love in body and mind ;
  • A guided meditation to ease the body and mind in the style of Yoga Nidra;
  • Journaling prompts and opportunities to deepen your self-care experience;
  • Supportive  dialog during conversation and break-out sessions.
