Sunset Yoga in the Park - Arabia Mountain State Park

We will  assemble at the parking lot of the AWARE Nature Center at 7:00pm and hike up the mountain. Yoga will begin at the top of the mountain around 7:25pm. The sun will set at approximately 8:30pm. Bring your flashlight to guide you on the way down the mountain. It is completely DARK after the sun sets. Hike at your own risk. Covid-19 guidelines will be observed. 

What to bring:

Sturdy shoes for the hike

Yoga mat (or two for padding)

Water

Flashlight

Please pack light and take your trash with you so we don't disturb the ecosystem of the mountain reserve.
