About the Event
This yoga series is made up of three sessions--one a month--that provide an opportunity to focus on your-SELF and find EASE in the body and mind. Each session has been created to build on the next to empower you and promote your best self. Participants will be guided through a yoga practice that incorporates stretching, relaxing, meditation & affirmations. Goodie bags will also be gifted (while supplies last). All levels welcome.
As spring surrounds us, you are invited to take these two-hours to clear away, create and prepare a fertile internal environment for the seeds you intend to grow.Â
