About the Event
You can expect:
A beginner friendly, Yin/Hatha yoga practice led by Nasirah Denisse.
An intricate and soul stirring musical accompaniment provided by cellist Okorie "OkCello" Johnson.
A candlelight sensory delight created with the intention to inspire you to EXPAND; give yourself permission to EXPAND and take up space.
Monetary donations are being accepted for The International Women's House. A haven for survivors of domestic violence, sex trafficking and sexual abuse. We are also accepting donation of NEW yoga supplies = yoga mats, yoga straps, yoga blocks and yoga blankets for their yoga program.
Doors open at 6pm. Yoga mats provided for the event by lululemon. Parking lot and street parking are available.
